A mobile phone (cell phone) with a rightward arrow pointed at it from the left. Intended to indicate an incoming call or message, but used to represent mobile phones, technology, and communication more generally.

Arrow color varies, but is often blue. Vendors implement the same design as 📱 Mobile Phone.

Mobile Phone with Arrow was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010 under the name “Mobile Phone with Rightwards Arrow at Left” and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
